This document is intended for inclusion in all formal reports, client communications, proposals, and engagement letters issued by the Firm and constitutes an express representation of the Firm's operational and professional standards regarding AI usage.

SECTION 2 — LIMITATION ON USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

HealthComConsulting expressly affirms that it does not employ, engage, or rely upon artificial intelligence technologies — including but not limited to large language models, generative AI platforms, machine learning tools, or automated content generation systems — in the generation, analysis, production, interpretation, or presentation of:

• (a) client reports and deliverables;
• (b) strategic findings, conclusions, or recommendations;
• (c) research outputs and analytical assessments;
• (d) regulatory, compliance, or healthcare advisory content;
• (e) any other work product arising from or related to a client engagement.

AI tools are limited strictly to standard internal administrative functions, such as scheduling, general correspondence formatting, and routine document processing, none of which form part of, or influence, the substantive content of any client deliverable.

SECTION 3 — PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND EXPERT ANALYSIS

All outputs, findings, conclusions, recommendations, and deliverables produced by HealthComConsulting are derived exclusively from:

• (a) the Firm's proprietary intellectual property, methodologies, and frameworks, developed and refined through years of professional practice;
• (b) the direct expert analysis, professional judgment, and specialized knowledge of HealthComConsulting's qualified practitioners; and
• (c) evidence-based research conducted and interpreted by qualified human professionals in accordance with applicable professional standards.

No element of any client deliverable is generated, supplemented, or materially influenced by artificial intelligence systems.

SECTION 4 — COMMITMENT TO INTEGRITY AND ORIGINALITY

HealthComConsulting maintains an unwavering commitment to the integrity, authenticity, and originality of its work products. The Firm's professional reputation is founded upon the quality of human expertise, critical thinking, and ethical practice that it brings to every client engagement.

The Firm recognizes that in healthcare-related, regulatory, and strategic advisory contexts, accuracy, accountability, and professional credibility are paramount. Accordingly, HealthComConsulting has adopted this policy to ensure that all deliverables reflect the highest standards of professional and intellectual rigour - standards that the Firm believes cannot be replicated or substituted by automated systems.

SECTION 5 — CLIENT ASSURANCE AND TRUST

Clients of HealthComConsulting may rely upon the representations set out in this Disclaimer as a formal assurance that:

• (a) the work product they receive is the result of authentic, expert human analysis;
• (b) no AI-generated content has been incorporated into their deliverables without express prior disclosure and written consent; and
• (c) the Firm's conclusions and recommendations represent the genuine professional judgment of qualified practitioners, grounded in verified evidence and sound methodology.

Any departure from this policy in a specific engagement, if mutually agreed upon in writing, will be expressly disclosed to the client in advance.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

The methodologies, frameworks, analytical tools, and professional insights developed and applied by HealthComConsulting constitute proprietary intellectual property of the Firm. This Disclaimer further affirms that such intellectual property is the product of original human creativity and professional expertise, and is protected accordingly under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of any HealthComConsulting work product is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 — REVIEW AND UPDATES
